Projector tease new EP with single release

ProjectorBrighton buzz band Projector are gearing up for a heavy schedule at this year’s The Great Escape, with the release of new track ‘Break Your Own Heart’, taken from a forthcoming EP.

A dark, grunge-inspired rocker, with inspiration from the likes of Nirvana and Pixies, the accompanying video comes with images of children ripping hearts apart. Yep, they can really break your heart, but we love them all the same! “The song itself is about not recognising yourself, so we decided to explore youth and behaviour… and do it with a shiny pop video,” says bassist Lucy Sheehan.

The three-piece will be doing four shows as part of The Alternative Escape, 17th-19th May, at Small Pond, White Rabbit, The Richmond, and North Laine Brewery.
