Lewis Capaldi announced as The Great Escape spotlight artist

Taking place as standalone gigs inside The Great Escape festival, the spotlight shows have always been a chance to see some of the finest artists gracing the big stage. Throughout the years, the likes of Mist & Mostack, Slaves and Skepta have played the ‘headline’ shows and the first Spotlight artist for next year’s edition has been announced.

Lewis Capaldi, fresh from his sold-out Concorde 2 show in October, will be playing the Brighton Dome. Known for hits such as ‘Someone You Loved’, ‘Grace’ and mega-single ‘Bruises’, which has amassed over 90 million streams on Spotify, the Scottish singer-songwriter is also about to join Bastille on tour.

A genuinely huge artist, with an adoring fanbase, this will no doubt be another iconic show at The Great Escape.
