Brighton quintet Heirloom are, arguably, the most exciting guitar band in Brighton at the moment. Brimming with a beautiful aesthetic style, and their exquisite double A-side ‘Come on Down / Bunny’, they’ve turned a lot of heads on the South Coast with their enthralling live shows. Ending the year the way they started it, they’ve just released their third single ‘Speak in Tongues’ – an energetic, and hazy, dark pop banger with added bite.
Coming with an impressive video directed and produced by Brighton-based Katia Ganfield, it’s got the style and bonanza to suggest that Heirloom could be about to follow in the footsteps of a certain Black Honey. Additionally, the band are launching the single with a show at Brighton’s Hotel Pelirocco tonight (16th November), which is free of charge.
