Hatter collaborates with Mëi and Phonetic for ‘Kingpin’

It’s been a busy year for Brighton hip-hop artist Hatter, who has released single ‘Murky’, as well as mini-EP HatterDay – which featured Bobbie Johnson and Moony – already this year. Not only that, he featured on Normanton Street’s remix for ace single ‘That’s It’. Now, the young musician has collaborated with Mëi and Phonetic for the brilliant ‘Kingpin’.

Released by QM Records, ‘Kingpin’ is excellent. A smooth, laidback beat, with Hatter’s trademark drawl overlapping it, it could be his finest single yet. With an earworm-heavy chorus from Mëi too, as well as an exciting feature from Brighton rapper Phonetic, it’s a polished, incredibly well-produced track from the Brighton artist.
