Dog In The Snow is the moniker of Brighton-based singer/songwriter Helen Ganya Brown, who experiments with existential-driven lyrics and layers of off-kilter sounds to create a peripatetic musical landscape.
As well as being a member of both Lost Horizons, and Fear of Men, she released her debut album last year, Consume Me, a work of ethereal, electronic balladry.
She’ll be joining a bill that includes Phoria, The Fiction Aisle, Wild Front, Her’s, FUR, Trudy and The Romance, Thyla, Charles Watson and SJ Brett. It’s a free event, and you don’t need a Great Escape wristband to enter.
Dog In The Snow, St Mary’s Church, Saturday 19th May on stage 16:00 – 16:30.
