Brightonsfinest teams up with Latest Brighton to deliver new weekly Music Guide

Over the years Brighton has established itself as a hugely important industry and music-making hub with many music-orientated companies making the City their home.

We are home to proportionally more live venues than anywhere else in the country. A variety of promoters are helping to bring the very best national and international touring acts to the City while Brighton is also home to an incredible number of talented bands, musicians, singers and songwriters who are either from the area, or have come to the City bursting to get out there and make their mark.

Add to that the brilliant infrastructure that Brighton has to offer in terms of its recording studios, labels, rehearsal studios, music colleges, music shops and record stores, and you have an amazing Music City.

That is why Brightonsfinest has thrived in such an environment, and why joining forces with Latest Brighton to bring to you a WEEKLY, and FREE Music Guide for the City will have an immediate impact which in turn will aid more artists, promoters and managers to get their message across.

Latest Brighton is a well established and much respected publication (with a local TV station, and live venue), which will continue to provide a lifestyle approach on one side of the magazine with Brightonsfinest focusing on new music (via its website, social media platforms, and radio show) on the other. The new Music Guide will serve to inform, and entertain our music loving city, via interviews, reviews, features, listings and previews.

Bill Smith from the Latest said: “I have been in Brighton a while and people used to leave Brighton to become famous. Now they come here to develop their music career! Brighton has become the main place for music in the UK and deserves the title of Music City.”

Frank Sansom from Brightonsfinest said: “Brightonsfinest has always been about delivering top quality content via our website, radio show or our record label. As one half of Latest 7 magazine Brightonsfinest will be going into print for the first time and we are looking forward to delivering an exciting and vibrant weekly publication which fully reflects this extraordinary Music City.”
